  LYNDON WOODSIDE RECEIVES REPLACEMENT GRAMMY
May 5, 2003

In 1976, Lyndon Woodside received a Grammy Award for his participation in The Concert of the Century , which celebrated the 85th Anniversary of Carnegie Hall.  The recording of the concert was the Classical Album of the Year.

Thanks to the efforts of OSNY Board member Dick Levine, Lyndon's damaged Grammy Award has been replaced.  It was presented to him at the May 5, 2003 meeting of the Society's Board of Directors.
