I. ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE (this is the preferred method of submission)

A.    Submission deadline is 11:55pm, Wednesday February 1, 2012. 
B.    A non-refundable $50 application fee must be paid. Secure online credit 
       card payment is provided with the online application. 
C.   Online applicants will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how 
       to submit your documents, including recordings, headshot, resume, proof of 
       age and two reference letters. 
D.   Please do not wait until the last minute to submit your application. 

II. MAIL-IN APPLICATION PROCEDURE

A.    If you are not able to use the online application, you may submit your application 
       by regular mail, with all accompanying materials. Please use the online application 
       if at all possible. 
B.   Mail-in applications must be postmarked by February 1, 2012, and received within 
       two weeks. 
C.   Click here for the mail-in application form (PDF). Please print out the form and 
       write clearly. 

Your mail-in application materials must contain:
1.   Completed Application Form.
2.   Non-refundable fee of $50.00 U.S. funds in a money order payable to Oratorio 
      Society of New York. 
3.   Applicants outside the U.S. MUST pay this fee through PayPal. Please contact 
      Ms. Plucknett via email for details. 
4.   A CD of recordings of the 3 works listed on your repertoire. Label the CD properly. 
5.   Copy of applicant's proof of age (such as birth certificate, passport or equivalent).
6.   Recent photograph, suitable for publicity purposes.
7.   Two reference letters.
8.   Resume.
